You will provide expert guidance across a broad generalist remit-including employee relations, organisational change, talent development, and engagement initiatives-while contributing directly to the organisation's People & Culture Plan.You'll be at the forefront of aligning culture with strategic goals, coaching leaders to manage with empathy and inclusion, and supporting the growth of a high-performance, values-led workplace. You'll work closely with the Head of HR and Talent on inclusive hiring, onboarding, and the implementation of thoughtful succession planning and development frameworks. Additionally, you'll collaborate on learning and development initiatives that build leadership capability and address future skills gaps across technical and specialist functions, including STEM.You'll also help shape performance and engagement programmes, embedding a culture where employees feel valued, recognised, and supported to do their best work.
