Commercial Sales Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused and strategically driven leader to oversee the sales function at a leading resort property.
* Lead the development and execution of the annual sales strategy across all segments, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent messaging and delivery across the guest journey.
* Partner with revenue and operations teams to align pricing, inventory, and segment strategy.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value national and local accounts across multiple segments.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in key target areas, including corporate clients and group travel organisers.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally within hospitality.
* At least 2 years 4/5* hotel sales Management experience.
* Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
