As we continue to scale, we're looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Manager & Business Development Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth.
Your Role:
As our Sales Manager & Business Development lead, you will:
* Take ownership of our sales strategy and execution
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
* Manage and mentor team members to drive performance and collaboration
* Work closely with leadership to align business development goals with company objectives
* Represent Atlantic Energy Consultants at events, meetings, and industry forums
What We're Looking For:
A proactive and goal-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in sales, business development, or team coordination
Familiarity with (or a willingness to learn about) agriculture, energy, or recruitment sectors
Self-starter attitude with a passion for helping clients and growing teams
Nice to Have:
* Previous experience in any of our focus industries
* Background in B2B or consultancy sales
* Experience scaling operations in a small or growing company
