We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) - Oncology to join a large acute Hospital in Dublin. The CNM2 will play a key leadership role in overseeing oncology services, ensuring excellence in patient care, and supporting staff development. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the oncology nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
* Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, promoting professional development.
* Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
* Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
* Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.
* Participate in audits, research, and education initiatives.
* Provide leadership in infection control, health & safety, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
* Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
* Experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
