About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management to lead innovation and roadmap delivery across our Advanced Analytics suite, focusing on Financial Institutions beyond issuing—including Acquiring, Treasury, and Commercial Cards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale AI-driven products that enhance decision-making, deepen customer relationships, and generate measurable commercial outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Regional Product, Business Development, and Client Delivery to develop and launch differentiated products that transform the customer lifecycle and support revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of FI analytics Product Management, this high-impact role requires a strategic leader experienced in navigating ambiguity and shaping future solutions.
What You'll Do
1. Lead the Product Vision: Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for analytics-based products in the domains of Acquiring, Treasury, and Commercial Cards.
2. Build & Launch: Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and go-to-market strategies to in-market testing and global rollouts.
3. Drive Innovation: Identify new opportunities through customer feedback, data analysis, and industry insights, developing creative and practical solutions.
4. Deliver Outcomes: Translate the roadmap into measurable results—driving product KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
5. Partner for Scale: Collaborate across functions to align the vision, prioritize development efforts, and deliver enhancements supporting global financial institutions.
6. Inspire Change: Champion customer-centric solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and future-ready.
7. Communicate with Clarity: Prepare compelling product updates and strategic presentations for internal stakeholders, executives, and clients.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven product management experience, with success in delivering complex products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong customer focus with agility to pivot and deliver value quickly.
- Track record of commercial impact, from product design to revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and developing actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to rally diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and tools.
- Strong communication and influence skills to articulate complex ideas and inspire action at all levels.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with analytical products and data-driven solutions is highly desirable.
- Background in Financial Services or Payments industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Acquiring, Treasury, or Commercial Cards, understanding their nuances and growth opportunities.
