Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, located in Dunleer. The Commis Chef will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in daily kitchen operations. This role includes preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking traditional Indian dishes, ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals.

* Food Preparation and Cooking skills
* Knowledge of Hygiene practices
* Culinary Skills specializing in Indian cuisine
* Good Communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and under the supervision of senior chefs
* Previous experience in a similar role or culinary qualifications are beneficial
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
