Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client liaison for accounting and reporting matters, providing expert guidance and oversight.Supervise the preparation, review, and delivery of NAVs, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and compliance with client agreements.Promote outstanding client service by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.Identify operational inefficiencies, perform detailed analyses, and implement long-term solutions to strengthen processes.Lead projects and initiatives that enhance operational workflows and cross-department collaboration.Ensure compliance with internal policies, control frameworks, and applicable regulatory requirements.Oversee team workload, allocate resources strategically, and coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.Mentor and support team members, fostering development, engagement, and high-performance culture.Candidate Profile:At least 10 years' experience in fund accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Knowledge of alternative investments, private markets, or similar structures is advantageous.Experience with fund accounting or portfolio management systems (Investran, Geneva, or equivalent) preferred.Strong understanding of fund structures, multi-jurisdictional regulations, and accounting practices for alternative funds.Demonstrated ability to interpret fund documents, fee schedules, and investor reporting requirements.Proven experience developing, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
