We are recruiting an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to provide quality service to our guests, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.
We Are Seeking Waiters/Waitresses Across Our Dining Outlets:
* Cullen's at The Cottage
* The Drawing Room
* Connaught Room
* The Dungeon
Your main responsibilities as a Waiter/Waitress include providing our guests with a seamless dining experience, taking orders, recommending dishes, and liaising with the kitchen to ensure excellent service.

* Previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star property is desirable
* Organized with strong attention to detail
