We're seeking a driven and adaptable Field Manager to oversee a high-performing team of merchandisers across Cork and Limerick.

Key Details
Location: Role is based in Cork with regular weekly travel to Limerick
Transport: Own car essential – fuel card provided.
Your Role
Team & Performance Management
Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence.
Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.
Scheduling & Coverage
Manage weekly rosters and leave to ensure full coverage across your territory.
Complete field visits to territory locations.
Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency.
Retail Execution
Oversee all merchandising and orders.
Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards.
Strategic Communication
Collaborate with Brand Representatives and internal stakeholders to align on goals.
Share insights and opportunities to continually elevate team and client outcomes.
Your profile
What You Bring
Field or retail team management experience.
Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable performance improvements.
