Reporting to the Construction Manager and CSA Supervisor is required to work on a pharma site based in Cork The CSA Construction Supervisor is assigned to a project as a senior member of the Construction Team with responsibility for the proper and timely construction of the CSA Scope in accordance with Safety and Quality standards, the detailed design, the control estimate, contract, SOP's, WI's, standards etc.
Pre-Construction duties/ responsibilities will involve: Detailed review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads, model reviews.
Prepare and lead constructability reviews across every facet of the build.
Prepare detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement.
assist in preparation of detailed BOQs.
Review returned CSA bids and prepare TBA.
Trade and industry knowledge reviews, keeping abreast of developments in the construction industry .
Development of detailed execution strategies.
Input into CHSP, QA/TO and all other General Construction Requirement documentation.
Assist in schedule development, schedule reviews and lead IAPs .
Requirements Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering .
8+ years' experience in a similar role Biotech / Pharma knowledge Excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge Excellent communication skills People management skills Package Long term contract roles - min 12 months €65-€70p/h 8 hrs per day x 5 days per week
