* Own client relationships, managing and nurturing partnerships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals, helping expand our client base.
* Find exceptional talent using your creativity and tools (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
* Lead the process from screening CVs and conducting interviews to guiding job offers, owning the end-to-end recruitment journey.
* Be a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed with clear communication and insightful updates, becoming a go-to partner in their hiring strategy.
**Requirements:*
* 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally in a busy agency setting.
* Proven success in business development, client management, and candidate placement.
* A confident communicator who builds trust easily with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
* A natural multitasker who stays organized and calm under pressure.
