* Make informed decisions on liability, indemnity, and settlement strategy.
* Tailor case handling to meet specific client expectations and service levels.
* Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including solicitors, repairers, and insurers.
* Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
* Accurately record all interactions and case developments in internal systems.
* Proactively manage complex and high-value claims where necessary.
Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualified.
* 5 years' experience in handling motor claims, ideally in a cradle-to-grave capacity.
