Job Title: Healthcare Assistant / Home Care Support Worker

Location of Employment: Dublin North, Dublin South, Kildare & Wicklow
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
Annual Remuneration: €30,000 per annum (Note: Salary excludes shift premiums, bonuses, and overtime)
Job Description: We believe that taking care of our own staff enables them to provide the best possible care to our clients. We are seeking dedicated full-time Healthcare Assistants/Home Care Support Workers to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality home care support to clients in their own homes
• Assist with personal care, social care, and daily living activities
• Monitor and report on client well-being
• Work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
Candidate Requirements:
• Essential Qualification: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or equivalent, or commitment to complete within 2 years)
• Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year healthcare assistant experience
• Languages: English B1 (Intermediate)
• Core Competencies: Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Time Management
