Job Description:
We believe that taking care of our own staff enables them to provide the best possible care to our clients. We are seeking dedicated full-time Healthcare Assistants/Home Care Support Workers to join our team.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality home care support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with personal care, social care, and daily living activities
* Monitor and report on client well-being
* Work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
Candidate Requirements
* Essential Qualification: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or equivalent, or commitment to complete within 2 years)
* Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year healthcare assistant experience
* Languages: English B1 (Intermediate)
* Core Competencies: Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Time Management
