About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin for an experienced Site Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage site teams, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, and other professionals, as well as effective planning and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Coordinate with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
* Implement cost control and quality assurance measures.
* Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Plan project stages and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in Site Management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience working with design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in construction management software is an advantage.
* Relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
* Experience in the heritage, education, or medical sectors is highly desirable.
