We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive growth in the Meetings and Events sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend daily briefings with the M&E Team and provide support on conversions
* Collaborate with other sales channels to increase business revenue
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards
* Manage the Sports Market and develop strategies to boost revenue
* Utilize company marketing initiatives and incentives to close deals
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales missions to promote the MICE market
* Develop and manage catering sales revenue and operational budgets, providing forecasting reports
* Generate new leads from conversion reports and lost business reports
Requirements:
* Hospitality Management degree or equivalent
* Strong understanding of hotel operations
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent presentation and influencing skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask multiple projects
* Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work planning
