Mechanical Estimator - Senior A Mechanical Estimator is required to join Ireland's leading multi-disciplinary Engineering and Construction company.
This is a full-time position based out of the Dublin office with Hybrid working.
Role: Conduct detailed reviews of tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
Manage quantity take-offs, pricing documents, and tender document control, including BOQ preparation.
Source, assess, and validate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure compliance and complete scope coverage.
Independently manage large, complex tenders from inception to submission.
Present finalized estimates to the Pre-Construction Director and Board of Directors.
Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options to optimize tender outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior mechanical estimators while collaborating with electrical teams.
Maintain high-quality standards and efficient resource management within the Estimating Department.
