The Role:
We're looking for a
Technical Coordinator
to join our four-person core team. In this role, you'll:
* Provide
Level 2 IT support
for escalated issues.
* Coordinate workloads and support the technical team day-to-day.
* Take on internal management tasks (documentation, policies, continuity planning).
* Act as a
bridge between the technical team and the Managing Director
, helping him step back from day-to-day troubleshooting and operations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll combine technical problem-solving with organisational oversight to keep the team and systems running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in IT support (Level 2 or equivalent).
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, and security.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with a collaborative approach.
* Comfortable taking ownership of internal processes and documentation.
Nice-to-have:
Microsoft/Azure certifications, MSP experience, or ITIL knowledge.
