 
        
        The purpose of this position is to deliver the project KPI’s for Safety and Customer Satisfaction through the effective management of the project Schedule and associated Reporting and Monitoring tools.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
 * Actively support and partake in the promotion of the Project Health, Safety, Security and Environmental and Quality requirements.
 * Provision of both management and technical leadership around all aspects of the Project.
 * Review and comment of EPC schedule updates on monthly basis and provide report to senior management on variance from previous update
 * Ongoing interrogation and scenario creation of EPC schedule based on actual work progress and potential Employer and EPC key date movement
 * Preparation of supporting documents to respond/develop claims with EPC and OEM etc.
 * Attendance of weekly and monthly meetings and preparation of associated MOM’s and presentations
 * Identify shortcomings to the Management Team if it is identified that activities are progressing past a gate when associated activities are not achieved.
 * To comply with the existing site Reporting Processes and Procedures, whilst offering advice and recommendations to the Manager/Client by identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
 * Work in an team environment that includes the sharing of information with other Teams.
 * To attend and actively participate in the project daily and weekly meetings.
 * Maintains a daily log of site significant activities.
 * Facilitate the team and process owners in defining corrective and preventive actions to prevent compliance failures and escapes and improve overall compliance
 * Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Scope
Manages the Project Schedule process to deliver the requirements of the project specific requirements and scope of work including HSSE, Quality and Schedule KPI’s.
Principal Working Relationships
 * Reports on a daily and weekly basis directly to the Management Team to deliver the functional requirements.
 * Direct working relationship with the Project commissioning team members, including Commissioning Manager, System Owners/Leads, HSSE Teams, TOP Teams and Senior Leadership teams and the Projects Control Manager in particular.
