They're now looking for someone to join their claims team inDundalk.This role suits someone who has some experience with claims — whether that's from a broker, an insurer, or even a different type of claims‑related role. If you enjoy helping people through stressful situations and keeping things moving smoothly from start to finish, you'll feel right at home here.The role couldbe part time or full time, often covering mornings, but there's flexibility depending on your experience. For someone with strong claims knowledge, the team is open to offering a competitive package and even discussing full‑time hours.The roleYou'll be the person clients turn to when something goes wrong — guiding them from the first phone call right through to settlement.Taking in new claims and checking the details against the policyBeing the main point of contact for clients throughout the processPreparing and sending claim documents to insurersKeeping an eye on progress and chasing insurers or third parties when neededNegotiating fair settlementsReviewing offers and explaining outcomes clearly to clientsOffering calm, reassuring help when clients need it mostKeeping people updated so they always know what's happeningReading policy wordings and helping clients understand what's coveredMaking sure claims are handled in line with Central Bank and internal rulesKeeping claim files complete and audit‑readyPreparing reports or updates when neededYour profile:APA qualification (or working towards it) is preferredSome experience handling insurance claims (broker, insurer, or similar)A good understanding of policy wordings and how claims workExperience with commercial lines (property, liability, motor, PI)Experience using broking or claims systemsStrong communication — written and verbalGood organisation and time managementMore about the roleBased in the Dundalk office with on‑site presence requiredPart‑time hours (often mornings), with flexibility depending on experienceOption to move into a full‑time roleCompetitive salary for candidates with strong claims experienceIf you are curious to know more and if your profile fits perfectly with this position, please reach out to Iraia at or send us your updated CV to By applying here you agree to RECRUITERS storing your CV in our secure applicant tracking system (ATS; Bullhorn).
