Overview
Exciting opportunity for NQ – 3 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to work at a large, successful, innovative, and supportive top-tier Dublin law practice. If you are seeking to join a great team and have property experience, ideally gained in the property practice of a large law firm, we would welcome the opportunity to meet.
The successful candidate will be a solution-driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to gain valuable legal experience. The firm is renowned as an excellent employer with a strong sense of teamwork and fair play. Remuneration is competitive.
Duties
* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property clients
* Providing clients with quality advice and guidance
* Handling matters including sales, purchases, and drafting of licences, leases, transfers, and agreements
* Drafting statutory notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
* Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property matters
* Collaborating with other departments on joint projects
Requirements
* 0 – 3 years' PQE
* Experience in drafting complex leasing, acquisition, and disposal agreements
* Strong commercial acumen and client service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
* Desire for personal and professional development
* Team player with the right attitude and work ethic
