We are currently working with a client who has been awarded a new
HSE project
and is seeking to recruit Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough and detailed patient assessments using appropriate clinical techniques and equipment
Record patient information in line with ISCP/AOTI guidelines and local policies and procedures
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including referring consultants, to ensure agreed care protocols are followed
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients within designated cohorts
Provide tailored advice based on patients' medical, social, and cultural needs
Develop and implement treatment plans to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date electronic patient records in line with ISCP/AOTI standards
Requirements
Experience in physiotherapy or occupational therapy; clinical experience in elderly care, inpatient acute medical care, or elective orthopaedics is preferred but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full clean driver's licence, own transport, and access to a smartphone
Passionate about delivering patient-centred care within a dynamic, multidisciplinary, high-performance environment
Specialist mentoring and guidance from experienced clinical professionals
Ongoing support from the Operations Management Team
Flexible working arrangements, including options for weekend or evening schedules if preferred
