Dolmen Insurance Brokers is looking at adding to its busy and growing Personal Lines Team in Artane Dublin 5. The successful candidate would be working in a Personal Lines Department with a pathway to Underwriting or Commercial opportunities in the future. The role is flexible and hybrid.
Responsibilities
We are looking to fill a number of roles both admin and phone based.
The successful candidates would be responsible for quoting, following up and completing sales of car, home, commercial motor, travel and other similar products
Meet new business and renewal closing targets both personally and part of the team
Identify cross-selling prospects for additional products and arrange follow-up calls with customers for future sales opportunities
Help retain customers who are due for renewal
Build relationships with our potential and existing customers, underwriters and other personnel
Processing back office and quality control paperwork
Qualifications
APA or CIP qualified (or working towards) but not a necessity if the candidate has prior telesales experience
Prepared to work in a team environment
Previous Insurance experience is desirable
Be well-organised, results driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Attention to detail
Training will be provided but a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous
