Role Description

We are now moving into the next phase of our journey as we invest in expanding our Business. To do this, we need the right people to help us with our vision.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Executive, based in Dún Laoghaire with the opportunity to work from home on agreed days. From a Sales perspective, the Personal Lines Executive will be responsible for managing their own leads and clients in a fashion which helps the Business grow. Additionally, the successful candidate will deal with all aspects of the customer life cycle from New Business, Mind Term Administration and Renewals. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing policy advice, and building strong client relationships.

This role will develop and evolve over time.

What does the Successful Candidate Need?

Product & System Knowledge

* Motor Insurance
* Home Insurance
* Van Insurance
* Applied Relay (an advantage)
* Strong Working Knowledge of the Microsoft Package

Competencies & Qualifications

* At least 1 years experience within personal lines insurance, including primarily New Business as well as Service and Renewals
* Proficiency in providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining compliance and accurate records
* Communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and address customer inquiries
* Proficiency in using insurance-related software and technology
* Ability to work independently and be self motivated while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Relevant industry qualifications or certifications or working towards qualification (APA or CIP)
* Strong knowledge of the insurance broker market offerings an advantage
