We are currently seeking apart-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeperto join our growing team. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative operations and providing high-level support to management and staff. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, high levels of initiative and enthusiasm, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Strong IT skills and experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks Location: Blackpool, Cork Salary & Hours: 16 to 20 Euro per hour depending on experience 3 days per week, 1620 hours weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Flexibility to cover holidays Onsite parking at the Blackpool Retail Car Park There is plenty public transport ie buses 203 & 215. Key Responsibilities: Financial Administration Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping. Handle invoicing and bill payments. Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns. Manage debtor and creditors accounts. General Office Administration Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and liaise with customers in a professional manner. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Create and update databases, records, and company policies. Provide support to the team as directed. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Experience in bookkeeping or accounts using QuickBooks. Comfortable working in a busy office setting Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Quick to learn new systems
