Programme Supervisor- Ref: 5150 HOPS, Resource Centre Pearse Street, Dublin 2 Specific Purpose (39 Hours) Contract About the Role: The Programme Supervisor will assist the Community Services Manager in the delivery of a quality client focused mental health recovery day service. They will have a role in the management and planning of the existing service, supporting clients with mental health difficulties in a person-centred day and community support service. They will assist in implementing and ensuring New Directions and RehabCare standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer focused service. What we're looking for: A Third level graduate, Health and Social care equivalent Participate in RehabCare training programmes in line with New Directions regulations To attend and adhere to RehabCare mandatory training programmes To travel to various areas within Ireland to participate in RehabCare training programmes Your Responsibilities To manage the day to day delivery of a person centred service for all clients who avail of Ballyfermot Resource Centre. To liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams and other personnel to ensure the best quality of service with the clients as directed by community services manager.
