About the Role-We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant with a strong background in scheduling and familiarity with SOLAR WORKS.
Maybe you previously worked for a solar install company or vendor.
This role requires someone who is confident managing calendars, coordinating travel logistics & negotiating pricing, while providing seamless administrative support with minimal supervision.

This is a fast-paced office environment looking for a team member that is able to communicate effectively with clients and vendors, while maintaining good communication and detailed information- someone who enjoys lots of daily changes in workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to leadership with confidence building successful working relationships with internal and external customers.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate multiple schedules, and organize meetings with a high capacity of turnaround.
Arrange and oversee travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Handle corporate accommodation bookings and vendor coordination for staff, clients, and events.
Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and professional correspondence with accuracy.
Ensure follow up of all incoming emails and group messages.
Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable role scheduling routes in Ireland is a bonus.
Proven expertise in scheduling and travel/accommodation bookings.
Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions independently.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
