Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a
Process Equipment & Utilities Project Engineer
to support our projects in
Ireland
, working in a
hybrid model (approximately 50% remote)
.

Your Role

The Process Equipment & Utilities Project Engineer will lead and execute
medium to large-scale capital projects
within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on
Solid Oral Dose (SOD) drug product manufacturing
. This role involves
end-to-end project delivery
, ensuring all
capital, quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements
are met.

Area of project implementation includes:

* Pharmaceutical processing equipment
* Utilities and associated supporting systems

You Will Be Responsible For

* Leading and managing end-to-end capital projects from concept, design, and procurement through installation, commissioning, and handover
* Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk in line with project governance and best practices
* Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, validation, manufacturing, and external vendors
* Ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards
* Managing vendor selection, procurement activities, and contractor performance
* Supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation activities as required
* Providing clear project updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders
* Ensuring health, safety, and environmental requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

About You

* Minimum
10 years' experience
delivering capital projects in the
pharmaceutical industry
* Strong background in
Solid Oral Dose drug product manufacturing
* Proven experience with
process equipment and utilities
projects
* Demonstrated ability to manage
medium to large-scale capital projects
* Strong knowledge of
GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a
hybrid role (approximately 50% remote)
* Eligible to work in
Ireland
