Due to ongoing work and a strong pipeline of work they have an opening for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Laois.

Sectors: Civil, Utilities, Commercial Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field 3+ years post college experience previous experience with a main or sub-contractor Responsibilities include: ?
Liaise with and support the Senior QS ?
Attend meetings with subcontractors/ clients/ design team members ?
Preparation and monitoring of cashflow ?
Assist in the preparation of final accounts at project completion stage ?
Cost monitoring and reporting using construction computer software ?
Assess tender enquiries and review tender project analysis ?
Purchasing and monitoring of subcontractor and specialist supplier packages ?
Management of subcontractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments ?
Processing monthly/ fortnightly subcontractor and supplier payment certificates ?
Compiling variations and the variation log ?
Pre-contract cost control and document preparation Skills: Quantity Surveying Cost Management Estimating Finance Construction BOQ
