A fast-growing global SaaS company is looking for a
Senior Payroll Specialist
to join its international Accounting team for a period of 6 months, covering a secondment within the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working across borders, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting a truly global workforce. You'll own multi-country payroll operations, partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams, and play a key role in improving processes.
Candidates must be immediately available to start and able to work on a contract basis

What You'll Do
* Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple EMEA entities
* Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Prepare payroll journal entries and support financial reconciliations
* Assist with statutory and internal audits (tax, pension, and social security)
* Deliver payroll reports and insights to Finance, Accounting, and People teams
* Document and enhance payroll processes for efficiency and control
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in full-cycle, multi-country payroll
* Strong understanding of international payroll compliance and tax legislation
* Hands-on experience with tools like Workday, ActivPayroll, BDO, or similar
* Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
* Understanding of SOX compliance or equity compensation (RSUs, ESPPs)
* Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
* Additional EMEA languages
