Process Engineering Leadership Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to lead and execute projects that drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.
* Project Leadership: Champion new process introductions, develop and implement process improvements, and oversee automation projects.
* Operational Excellence: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, manage equipment upgrades and improvements, and develop new processes and machines.
* Team & Project Management: Prioritize and coordinate project workloads, ensure adherence to timelines, and provide team support for operational issues.
* Collaboration: Communicate effectively across functional teams and liaise with maintenance teams on activities and spares.
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree (Mechanical/Manufacturing).
* 7+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
