What you'll be working onIn your new role, you'll play a central role in a large‑scale transformation programme within a leading financial services organisation. Your day‑to‑day work will centre on deep‑dive process discovery, end‑to‑end journey mapping, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the Data Product delivery team.You will be responsible for:Mapping current‑state and future‑state processes using Blueprint and BPMN 2.0Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, risk points, and regulatory touchpoints across journeysCreating detailed process documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceabilityActing as the connective tissue between business teams and technology teamsSupporting UAT, reviewing test coverage, and ensuring readiness for deploymentAssessing the impact of proposed changes and evaluating process improvementsOwning the definition, refinement, and maintenance of core business processes throughout the transformationWho you'll be working forYou'll be joining a well‑established financial services company based in Ireland, undergoing a major modernisation of its products, systems, and operational capabilities.
