Process Development Expert
We are seeking a Process Development Expert to join our team.
* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve product manufacturing processes.
* Design and develop efficient molding processes and tooling automation systems.
* Establish standard specifications for each process and monitor production quality.
* Nurture relationships with customers and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in plastics engineering or a related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in the injection molding industry.
* In-depth knowledge of injection mold tooling and design.
* Comprehensive understanding of injection molding, processing, ancillary equipment, and automation systems.
