This position will be onsite at Dublin West locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with high-rise experience considered a distinct advantage. This is a key role in ensuring that developments are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Duties:Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating all trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliveryEnsure construction works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and building regulationsEnforce and monitor health & safety compliance across all site activitiesLiaise with the project manager, design team, and consultants to resolve on-site issues and maintain progressSupervise quality control procedures and maintain site documentation and reportSkills, Qualifications & Experience Required:Minimum 5 years' site supervisory experience in residential construction; high-rise experience is a strong advantage.Trade background or construction-related qualificationIn-depth knowledge of current Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and modern construction methods.Proven ability to manage and lead diverse on-site teams in a fast-paced residential environment.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.This role comes with a competitive salary and pension contributions, along with excellent career progression opportunities.
