Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team in Carrolls Cross production site. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the information technology infrastructure of our site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support end users via telephone, email, and call logging system
* Configure and maintain the necessary infrastructure including servers, databases, networking components, and cloud resources
* Respond to and resolve incidents and outages in a timely manner
* Set up monitoring tools and dashboards to track performance and health of applications and infrastructure
* Manage application configurations ensuring consistency across different environments
* Work closely with technical resources to understand application requirements and assist in optimizing code for deployment and performance
* Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
* Relevant 3rd level IT qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience
* Exposure to networking, printers, hybrid cloud, data center, and on-site technology
* Excellent communication skills with fluent English
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
