Overview
Videographer and Photographer (In-House) role at McSport. Based in Dublin, Ireland — Full-time, On-site.
We are looking for an experienced videographer/photographer to join our creative team at the McSport Head Office in Ballymount. You will shoot and edit photos and videos featuring our sports, strength and conditioning equipment, and create content that meets brand standards for digital and print.
What You'll Do
* Creative Visual Content: Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography and video for our brand, including both product shots and human-centric imagery.
* End-to-End Production: Plan, direct, shoot, and edit campaign content for ads, web, social media, showroom, and influencer activations.
* Full Studio Management: Manage the in-house studio, collaborate with the buying and marketing teams on the photography calendar, and organise equipment.
* Asset Management: Maintain the branded asset library and ensure visuals are accessible to internal teams.
* On-Set Leadership: Direct models/athletes, ensuring compelling and safe presentation of strength and fitness narratives.
* Post-Production & Design: Edit video and photo content, perform retouching, and contribute to campaign graphics (experience with Adobe Suite is a strong asset).
* Innovation & Technical Edge: Stay current with videography/photography trends and new tools, and improve content workflows.
* Collaboration & Commercial Focus: Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to align visuals with campaign goals and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant Experience: Proven track record in photography and videography, preferably in sports/fitness or e-commerce with strong product photography skills.
* Technical Savvy: Proficient with camera systems, lighting, and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom); able to direct post-production.
* Physically Capable & Hands-On: Comfortable lifting heavy products, managing studio setups, and actively participating on set.
* Creative & Commercial Mindset: Ability to create content that sells while maintaining time management on projects.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Efficient in asset management, scheduling, and workflows; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Design Fluency: Graphic design skills are a plus.
* Passion for Fitness: Interest in strength, fitness, and a sporty lifestyle to inform authentic content.
* Driver's License: Full, clean license for transporting gear and attending off-site shoots.
