Details of Service:
DDoc GP Out of Hours Service provides a GP out of hours service to the population of IHA North Dublin and Dublin North City & West of the Dublin North East Region.
The DDoc service is delivered by the HSE in partnership, via SLA, with Northdoc Medical Services Ltd GP and the tendered Telephone Triage Nurse contract.
The service operates during the hours of: Monday – Friday, 18.00 – 8.00, 24 hours at weekend and bank holidays, via 5 treatment centres and 3 mobile units.
The HSE D-Doc service is delivered via 5 treatment centres located in Hartstown, Swords, Coolock, Ballymun and North Strand. There are also three mobile units operating from Hartstown, Coolock and Ballymun. The D-Doc Service provides staffing for reception, drivers and nurses in each of the 5 treatment centres.
