As an Engineering Manager for Provider Retrieval of Information (ROI) you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our HealthSource platform used by healthcare providers across the US to ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient information. You will act as both a subject‑matter expert and a trusted advisor to multiple pods, helping guide technical direction and execution.
In This Role, You Will
Build, grow, and lead a high‑performing team of software engineers delivering solutions for the healthcare data ecosystem used by our client healthcare providers.
Partner closely with pods, product, security, and compliance to accelerate development in a secure and compliant way.
Shape how we design and build data systems and pipelines, delivering scalable solutions for the future of our business.
Champion software engineering best practices, processes, and initiatives across the organization.
Stay hands‑on by leading high‑impact efforts and contributing directly when needed.
Act as a strong communicator, coach, and mentor to your team.
What You Bring
10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles building and scaling software engineering teams.
A track record of delivering modern software solutions, including custom applications and SaaS platforms.
The ability to lead from the front while staying close to the work.
Sound judgement when making difficult decisions, with a clear approach to communicating trade‑offs.
Strong problem‑solving skills, with a reputation for tackling complex challenges effectively.
Experience managing high‑performing engineering teams.
A clear understanding of system‑level architecture and a track record of executing against that vision.
Experience working in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated environments.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex problems.
Confidence in project planning and communicating progress to senior stakeholders.
The ability to identify and respond quickly to urgent issues, working with your team to resolve them efficiently.
