OverviewOur client based close to Ballinasloe area are looking to recruit a Management Accountant or PQ Accountant to join their team. Working closely with the Financial Controller you will support the finance function with month end processes, preparation of management accounts and cash flow analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accountsSupport month-end close activities, including journals, accruals, and prepaymentsPerform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesAssist with P&L analysis and reporting to managementPrepare and maintain cash flow forecastsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesEnsure accurate financial records in line with company policiesAssist with audit preparation and statutory reportingSupport process improvements within the finance functionQualifications & ExperienceQualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong understanding of month-end and management accounting processesExperience with cash flow analysis desirableSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFor full details and to apply in strict confidence, send a current CV to Elizabeth Brannigan FRS Recruitment via link provided.Skillsmanagement accountantPQ Accountantcost accountantBenefitsNegotiable
