Overview
Management Trainee for Food and Beverage Departments at Dunraven Arms Hotel. Role involves operations across Kitchen, Front Office and Sales and Marketing with a structured progression path toward supervisory positions.
Responsibilities
* Operations focused placement with rotation across departments (Kitchen, Front Office, Sales and Marketing) based on skills, knowledge, and development needs.
* Provide support functions in Sales and Marketing, HR or Finance in the final period of the programme.
* Learn and perform duties to progress from a Commis Chef to Chef de Partie in the Kitchen, and to develop front desk, reservations, and supervisory skills in Front of House and Front Office rotations.
* Manage daily operations and weekly planning for the Maigue Restaurant and Hunters Bar, with progression discussions with the General Manager after six months.
* Progression through the programme is determined by individual development and the hotel’s operational needs.
