About the Role We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Part-Qualified Accountant to join our finance team in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone currently pursuing professional accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and seeking to gain practical experience in a dynamic business environment. You will support the finance function across a broad range of accounting and reporting activities, while developing your technical knowledge and professional skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. Support the production of statutory accounts and regulatory filings. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances. Process invoices, expense claims, and assist with accounts payable/receivable functions. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist with cash flow monitoring and reporting. Liaise with auditors and provide supporting documentation during audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies. Work closely with senior accountants to support ongoing projects and process improvements. Key Requirements Actively studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (industry or practice). Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organisational skills. Desirable Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment. Exposure to Irish GAAP and/or IFRS reporting.
