Lead Global Payments Operations
Rippling is seeking an experienced executive to lead its global payments operations in Ireland. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of group strategy within our Irish entity, ensuring effective and compliant execution of all payments and operational activities.
* Strategic Leadership: Lead the delivery of sustainable growth across all payments and e-money activities, driving operational excellence and customer trust.
* Payer Experience: Oversee all functions of RPay Ireland, including operations, finance, risk and compliance, ensuring effective coordination with Rippling Product, Engineering, and Payment Operations.
* Crisis Management: Serve as the executive owner of incident management for Rippling Payments Ireland, accountable to the Board for the effectiveness of incident detection, escalation response recovery processes
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading major operational or technology incidents with direct accountability for business continuity stakeholder management recovery outcomes.
