Job Description:
The primary purpose of the post is to provide clinical support to qualified midwives/nurses in becoming competent skilled and professional members of the multidisciplinary team who provide exemplary care to women, babies and their families.
* To facilitate educational programs for staff on various topics related to midwifery care.
* To contribute to the development of study days on key areas such as obstetric emergencies and maternal health.
* To foster staff engagement in teaching activities by providing resources and support for training purposes.
