An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a leading multinational manufacturing environment as a HR Business Partner.
This role will suit someone who enjoys partnering closely with managers and business leaders while operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and people-focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting workforce management, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement across the site.
Working closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers while supporting a wide range of people initiatives and HR processes within a complex international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on workforce management, employee relations, and HR policies
Coach and support both new and experienced People Managers across a variety of HR matters
Support organisational change initiatives and people-focused projects
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience
Support engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness initiatives
Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies
Partner with wider HR teams on global and regional people programmes
Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and employee experience
Participate in local and international HR-related projects as required
About You
6+ years’ HR experience within a multinational or matrixed environment
Strong HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or People Partner background
Previous experience within manufacturing, pharma, biotech, medtech, or other regulated environments highly advantageous
Strong employee relations experience and working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to influence, problem solve, and manage multiple priorities
Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Degree qualified in HR or related discipline
