About the Role
We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead our finance function, overseeing all aspects including financial reporting, cash management, and strategic planning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in senior finance roles within SMEs or semi-states to take on a leadership position and drive business growth from a finance perspective.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on support to managers and colleagues across the business, as well as leading and managing the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with government regulations.
* Leadership and management of the Finance Team, including performance management.
* Development and training of the Finance Team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role within an SME or semi-state.
* Strong experience working with senior management teams to drive business growth.
* Qualifications in accountancy and strong analytical skills.
