Support site construction teams with on‑site M&E coordination and technical problem‑solving.
Oversee M&E subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards.
Coordinate M&E interfaces with architectural and structural elements alongside design teams.
Ensure consistent implementation of building services procedures and standards across sites.
Provide guidance to junior Building Services team members to promote a standardised approach.
Liaise with utility providers and local authorities to ensure timely delivery of permanent services.
Support innovation and value engineering initiatives relating to mechanical and electrical systems.
Assist in maintaining and updating M&E procedures, standards, and documentation.
Oversee temporary site services including electrical and water systems.
