About the Role
As a Customer & Sales Support Executive, you will be a key member of the Customer Service team, demonstrating a customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills. You will be the main contact for all Customer Service inquiries and issues, capable of quickly identifying solutions and taking appropriate actions. You will also support the Sales Team, engaging with a range of customers including high-profile, high-value, or specialist accounts. Your goal is to provide informed, professional, and appropriate responses to internal and external inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete all system-based transactions accurately and efficiently to support departmental workload and meet business requirements.
2. Use a logical approach to resolve customer issues and liaise with the Sales team on outcomes.
3. Resolve queries in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
4. Perform any necessary reporting tasks.
5. Consistently demonstrate positive, role-model behavior.
6. Proactively seek to improve personal performance through training, coaching, and development opportunities.
7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
8. Show flexibility by supporting other areas of the department and business as needed.
9. Develop and maintain good working relationships across the organization.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in customer-facing roles.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in PC use.
* Sales and/or Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential.
