The Role:
This is a 32-hour, permanent Assistant Manager position at Bridgewater S/C, Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The role requires full flexibility to work weekdays, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring outstanding customer service.
2. Support the Store Manager with organising and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours.
3. Drive operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining company standards.
4. Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting the Store Manager in their implementation.
5. Implement merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules, and back-office duties proactively.
6. Display strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet objectives and embody Carraig Donn's core values.
7. Previous retail management experience is essential; experience with Giftware/Fashion is an advantage.
