About The Team
You will join the Clinical Solutions - Prospective Risk and Quality Services product team, responsible for Data, Analytics, AI, and Reporting products within the Prospective Risk Adjustment portfolio. These products support the annual cycle of suspecting and assessing the health of over 47 million US lives, enabling payers and providers to improve clinical accuracy, submitting complete and compliant health records to CMS, and support financial forecasting and budgeting through analytics and AI. The team values solid ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and operates in a complex, highly matrixed environment.
What You'll Do
Develop a deep and ongoing understanding of customer needs, workflows, challenges, and trends across the healthcare ecosystem; use insights to guide product direction and experience improvements
Identify market gaps, emerging opportunities, and new product concepts; generate clear use cases, value propositions, and problem definitions that inform long term product strategy
Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps, detailed requirements, prototypes, and prioritization frameworks that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
Lead the full lifecycle of new products-from scoping and discovery through design, experimentation, data collection, analysis, launch, and iteration-ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence and customer outcomes
Partner closely with engineering, research, clinical, marketing, and global teams to move products from ideation to production; support readiness, adoption, and best practice sharing across the organization
Drive structured product discussions and distill clear, actionable requirements from diverse stakeholders including customers, vendors, internal teams, and technical partners
Navigate complex and ambiguous environments by independently developing deep understanding of multiple business domains, technologies, and customer personas; use this knowledge to make sound product decisions
Apply solid analytical and financial skills to perform market segmentation, forecasting, business case development, and ongoing metric evaluation to ensure alignment with product strategy
Build and refine scalable methodologies, tools, and systems for data collection and analysis; continually simplify and improve product processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Define the go to market approach for new products, including positioning, pricing strategy, and coordinated launch planning with cross functional partners

What You Will Bring
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven track record owning and delivering complex products or initiatives
Proven experience in defining product strategy and driving execution end to end
Proven ability to be comfortable influencing across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
Proven solid experience working within Agile software development practices
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and make sound prioritization decisions
Proven ability to use data, customer insight, and business context to guide decisions
Proven experience incorporating AI or advanced analytics into product capabilities
Nice To Have
Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar
Proven experience in US healthcare, particularly Risk Adjustment or Quality domains
Proven experience launching and managing products at scale
Demonstrated familiarity with cloud based, data intensive, or AI enabled platforms
Proven experience mentoring or leading other product professionals
