Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrator to join our team at our office in Sandyford. As a key member of our sales operations, logistics coordination, and front-of-house services, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage supplier purchase orders based on project schedules and priorities.
* Maintain and update central order tracking logs.
* Prepare and manage order acknowledgement documentation.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Project Support
* Maintain and update the national project scheduling calendar.
* Provide aftercare assistance and customer service support for completed works.
* Track and follow up on required items for ongoing projects.
* Prepare and maintain project completion records and documentation.
Reception & Communication (Cover)
* Provide reception cover during lunchtime, holidays, and staff absence.
* Answer incoming calls and route queries to relevant departments.
* Manage central enquiries inbox and direct leads for quotations.
* Process inbound leads from CRM and forward to appropriate contacts.
