About the Role:
* Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
* Take ownership of sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Lead and motivate a team of Product Specialists to deliver consistent results.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
* Manage key national accounts, oversee tenders and bids, and explore new market opportunities.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales within the MedTech or healthcare sector.
* Proven track record of delivering commercial results and leading successful sales teams.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
* Commercially minded, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
